During our week-long stay, we faced numerous issues including dirty towels and stained walls. The aggressive staff interactions only added to our frustration. Housekeeping failed to service our room, and we were left shaken and uncomfortable. Make sure to check your room thoroughly upon arrival.

a weekend traveler’s dream near parks and amazing attractions
I stayed here for 4 nights and appreciated being a short subway ride away from the vibrant atmosphere of Central Park and iconic spots like the Museum of Modern Art, making my city strolls super enjoyable, and it's great that the check-in was quick and the room was decent-sized and clean, perfect for a single traveler looking for budget-friendly options. however, the lobby could use a warmer atmosphere, but overall, it served my needs well.

I had a wonderful stay where I enjoyed a beautifully decorated room and comfy bed that made me feel right at home. The relaxation options like the pool and cozy lounge area were perfect after a long day. The only downside was the drink machine being out of order during my visit. 😊

Couple getaway for some peace
We really enjoyed our stay thanks to the quiet environment, it’s close enough to the excitement but far enough to sip some coffee in peace while watching the sunrise from our Queen Room. The staff was genuinely helpful, bringing us extra towels and recommendations for breakfast spots that turned out to be surprisingly affordable.

missingWrote a review on Jun 29industrial area
This place is wedged in an industrial area, with not much happening nearby—plenty of auto shops and the Queensbridge Housing project as neighbors. The lobby lacks a welcoming vibe. the lighting feels clinical, almost like a waiting room. A coffee maker in the room or at least a self-serve option would have made it better, especially since there's no breakfast offered. Plus, check-in felt a bit sketchy, with a note saying the staff would return in 15 minutes. The whole experience of having your identity verified with a photocopy of your credit card and ID is excessive and awkward. Overall, it feels barebones, which could be a letdown for some.

The bed in my queen room was super comfortable and clean, which I loved. The room was quiet too, so I slept well. I appreciated the quick check-in and the friendly staff was really responsive when I needed more towels. The cleanliness was a big plus, and getting to the subway was easy—just a 5-minute walk. Wish there was a microwave in the room, though!

Unexpected kindness in a quiet stay
I had a pleasant experience with the staff, who genuinely cared about my comfort. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.
However, the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe at night, and I struggled to find nearby restaurants. Plus, the lack of amenities like a drink machine was disappointing.

It was a great fit for a flash visit in New York with good price-value balance. I really liked that the hotel was clean and had modern amenities. If you're coming in late, just be cautious of the area around the hotel.
